Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Analyst (POS) within the Punchh division of PAR Technology.

As a Quality Analyst for Point of Sale systems, you will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of software and hardware components used in these systems. Contribute to overarching test strategy design and plan; create test cases for certification and verification that will cover implementation for in-store loyalty engagements.
  • Manage test lab and repository of test data. You will set up, organize, maintain, and manage the multi-device testing laboratory. You will maintain the test repository on Jira/Zephyr providing 100% test coverage across applicable testing types- functional and non-functional, E2E, etc.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency of product knowledge across multiple domains.

Lead QA Engineer

What We're Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 3 yrs. Experience as a Software QA Engineer
  • 3 yrs. Experience working in an Agile Environment performing API testing using Postman and performing Functional testing, UI testing, performance and security testing.

With a side of (additional skills):

  • Preferred exposure working with Point of Sales Systems (POS)
  • Preferred QA Testing Automation Skills

Interview Process:

  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

Compensation Information:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $117,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
