Monday - Friday 8 to 4:30 with some flexibility Benefits, PTO and variety

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative oversight to staff responsible for completion of janitorial services contracts. Directly supervises Lead Janitorial Associates, Janitorial Associates, Groundskeepers and Assistant Groundskeepers.

Responsibilities include interviewing; recommendations for hiring; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Facilitate regular staff meetings and safety training maintaining meeting minutes and open lines of communication.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma/GED with 6 months of supervisory experience.

Prefer experience in janitorial.

Must have and maintain own vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
