eCommerce Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hunter Industrial, a division of Hunter Fan Company. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive our online sales and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful PPC, paid social media and email campaigns, as well as online B2B product marketing experience. Please note: This position will be based out of the Hunter Industrial headquarters located in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online sales across multiple platforms.

· Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to ensure maximum ROI.

· Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices and enhances customer engagement.

· Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales performance data to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and various departments to ensure the eCommerce platform is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices.

· Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimization for best performance.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure eCommerce marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.

· Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and report on performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.

· Manage and nurture leads within our Salesforce CRM platform.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on eCommerce and PPC.

· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

· Experience with eCommerce SEO, email marketing, PPC, Salesforce and social media advertising.

· Proficient in analytics and marketing research tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

· Certifications in Google Ads, Salesforce, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital platforms.

· A proven track record of increasing sales and brand visibility online.
