What We’re Looking For:
Education: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
Licensure: Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and hold a current, unrestricted license in state of NV.
Experience: At least one year of current experience as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical setting and home health. Oasis Charting
Credentials: Current CPR/BLS certification and any other required health and screening tests. Current TB-2Step or Quantiferon/CXR required.
Skills: Strong ability to evaluate and set goals, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.
Your Role Includes:
Delivering Exceptional Care: Design and implement effective therapy plans to help patients improve their fine motor skills.
Effective Documentation: Accurately document therapy services and progress.
Patient and Family Education: Assist in teaching patients and their families about therapy techniques and goals.
Maintaining Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with continuing education and adhere to professional standards.
