Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal client base.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales.
  • Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking, online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
  • Proactive Networking with community leaders and potential referral sources.
  • Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.

Requirements
  • A Georgia Insurance License is Required.
  • Candidate must have previous Insurance experience. Please disclose any non-competes during the interview process.
  • Basic computer software knowledge. Applied EPIC Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
  • Set ambitious sales and service goals, continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results to clients.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
