Discovery Kidzone Learning Centers Support Director Requirements:

• Must be a level 3 or higher on the Montana Practitioner Registry
• Must have or be close to having your CDA, AA in ECE, or BA in ECE
• Must have strong character with a servant's heart and good customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Making the Magic of PLAY a Priority for Future Generations

• Assists Regional Director and Owner in setting organizational philosophy, culture, core values, policies, and procedures
• Collaborates on identifying staffing shortages and overages and hires staff accordingly
• Fills in the classrooms as needed to cover ratios and training needs.
• Is a mentor, coach, and model of professionalism;
• Plans and organizes staff meetings in conjunction with Admin Team
