Security Bank is looking to add a Retail Banker to our team We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a customer centric environment. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operational tasks, which will include:

  • Basic teller transactions
  • Opening new accounts; DDA’s, Savings, CD’s, Safe Deposit Boxes
  • Complete Loan Applications, Organizing Loan Documents, Disbursements
  • Customer inquiry resolutions; fraud, disputes, etc.
  • Compliance with Operational, Security and Audit Policies & Procedures
  • Build Long-term relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Community involvement activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy
  • Prior cash handling and/or banking experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Financial/Math skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Demonstrated initative and ability to work independently and with teams
  • Customer-centric
