Fralin Free Clinic, a ministry of the Rescue Mission of Roanoke, operates under a volunteer Medical Director and numerous other volunteer healthcare providers. The clinic team provides the care and services an individual needs to improve their quality of life with a focus on a holistic approach.

Reports to: Medical Director OR Director of Healthcare Services

Less than Part Time position with flexible scheduling options


Clinic Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm , Monday Friday; weekends as needed

The Fralin Free Clinic is an active member of the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics and the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics. Additionally, we are proud to partner with the Virginia Health Care Foundation, a private-public partnership dedicated to increasing access to care for uninsured Virginians and those in underserved areas.

Job Specific Qualifications:
  • Valid Virginia Dental License in good standing
  • DMD/DDS from accredited dental school
  • Active Duty and Military Veterans are welcomed
  • Maintain own state required insurance coverage
  • General Dentistry experience and skillset
  • Ability to exercise good judgement
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills
  • Exhibits a great attention to detail with a willingness to exceed Mission expectations
  • Ability to lead for engagement of residential and community volunteers

Career Summary:
