Position Overview:
Ground Water Treatment and Technology (GWTT) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Strategic Sales Engineer for the New England Region. This pivotal role entails forging partnerships with top-tier ENR200 Consultants, Gem Pharma, and a broad spectrum of General Industry clients. As a cornerstone of our business development team, you'll be at the helm of market expansion, strategic initiatives, and pivotal customer relationship management.

  • Direct Relationships with Owners and End Users

Role:

As our Regional Strategic Sales Engineer, you'll champion GWTT's comprehensive suite of services, including Remediation Contracting (RC), Equipment Rental/Sales/Manufacturing (EQ), Dewatering, and Operations and Maintenance (OM), with a concentrated focus on our ENR200 and Direct sales channels.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Secure and foster robust relationships with both C-suite and Mid-level management, understanding their business goals and aligning our offerings to their needs.
  • Mobilize and coordinate internal teams to capture new business opportunities.
  • Spearhead solution development to address customer requirements, considering price sensitivity and compliance, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Attain or surpass minimum annual margin and revenue goals.
  • Articulate GWTT's value proposition through compelling presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Diligently manage customer accounts and opportunities within our Sales Force CRM.
  • Engage in periodic reviews with clients, ranging from quarterly to annual, to strengthen partnerships and evaluate progress.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of environmental regulations in the New England region.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in sales presentation creation and delivery.
  • Acquaintance with groundwater, surface water, and wastewater treatment methodologies.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (preferred)

Travel:

  • Local and occasional overnight travel is anticipated.

Reporting Line:

  • This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
