What We Are Looking For:


We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant. The perfect candidate for this position is adaptable to change and is a team player.


The Registered Dental Assistant works chair-side with the dental associates to ensure a positive patient experience, aligning with ADC’s core value of providing exceptional patient-centered care. They support clinical practitioners throughout the patient’s appointment, from seating the patient and taking x-rays to assisting with various types of restorative dental treatments, providing post-operative instructions, and escorting the patient out to checkout.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDA Certificate
  • Must have knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques.
  • Knowledge of Open Dental software.
  • Must have a X-Ray certification.
  • Must have a CPR certification.
  • Must be able to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Must be able to interact with patients and colleagues effectively.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a face paced environment.
  • Must follow HIPAA compliance.
  • Must be well organized and have excellent computer skills.
