In this role, you will work closely with experienced agents, gaining valuable knowledge and firsthand experience. Your duties will involve assisting with client interactions, analyzing policies, and presenting products. Additionally, you will improve your sales and communication skills while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and sustain client connections by engaging in prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Assess clients' insurance requirements and suggest suitable coverage solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and policy attributes.
  • Efficiently and accurately handle policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing.
  • Achieve agency-set sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in managing paperwork and executing administrative duties is crucial.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a keen desire for advancement within the insurance field.
  • Capable of fostering effective teamwork and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
  • Readiness to acquire necessary licenses.
