Bilingual Therapy Tech/Administrative Float

We are looking for a Spanish/English-speaking employee to help maintain our pediatric clinic. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants. This position is one in which you will be responsible for cleaning, decorating, organizing, volunteer management, translating, and watching for safety issues at a pediatric therapy clinic. You will also be learning front office duties to serve as a backup for the front office. We are looking for someone to start immediately

You must be able to work Saturdays from 8:15- 2:30 for this position and during the week until 6:30 pm.

Compensation:

$14 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning/Organizing toys and surfaces
  • Filing
  • Translating Spanish to English & vice versa
  • Assisting therapists with therapy services as needed
  • Directing and managing our volunteer program
  • Front desk tasks
  • Answering phones
  • inputting new clients into our system
Qualifications:
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Able to stand and be on your feet for 8 hours per day
  • Able to lift 15 pounds

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
