We are seeking a Security Technical Program Manager with a strong background in security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and program management aspects of security in the software industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and drive security initiatives across various teams within the organization.

Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize security needs.

Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.

Work closely with software engineers and other technical staff to ensure that security is properly implemented at all stages of project development.

Lead the design and review processes for new systems and architectures, ensuring they meet the company's security standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation related to project design and implementation.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in security and risk management.

Mandatory Skill

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of **security principles** and how they apply to E-commerce applications.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
