Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.


Requirements:

  • General roofing knowledge, including materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong scheduling abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Material and Labor Verification: Ensure that the appropriate quantities of materials and labor are verified before scheduling and initiating projects.
  2. Scheduling: Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to schedule roofing projects efficiently and effectively. Make adjustments to schedules as necessary with minimal disruption.
  3. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and homeowners. Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the roofing process, providing clear and timely communication throughout the project.
  4. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise before, during, or after the build date. Work to resolve conflicts or challenges in a professional and efficient manner to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Repairs and Call Backs: Schedule and coordinate any necessary repairs or call backs with the appropriate crews, ensuring that work is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
  6. Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices from subcontractors to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
