The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Appliance Installation Specialist Supervisor to join our growing team. This role involves leading a skilled team of installation specialists, overseeing all aspects of appliance installation and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance installation, team leadership and customer service. This dual purpose role requires overseeing operations at the terminal and at times assisting pro installations as needed and training all new appliance installation specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and support a team of appliance installation specialists
  • Oversee all aspects of appliance installation from delivery to customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of appliances
  • Establish and maintain high service standards to satisfy customers
  • Manage and resolve all customer issues related to appliance installation
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in appliance installation
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various appliance systems and their installation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Training or certification in Appliance Repair or a related field
  • Experience in logistics or delivery services
  • Technical knowledge of a range of residential appliances
  • User-level proficiency with logistics software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for installation operations
