We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content and evaluate its media reach.

DMS TRAILER SERVICES

The DMS Trailer department works with the major Hollywood film studios to deliver their multi-platform trailer campaigns to markets on a global scale, offering a complete end-to-end localisation, mastering and distribution service.

Our teams manage pre-release marketing content and facilitate day-and-date worldwide trailer launches for maximum impact.

We localise content for 60+ markets per campaign, delivering a suite of bespoke assets for online, social and theatrical platforms.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Our dedicated Trailer Versioning Producers sit within our Client Services department and are the main contact at DMS for the local marketing teams of key global studio clients.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for managing the production and delivery of our studio customers trailer marketing content for timed global release.

This will include working directly with local marketing teams of our studio clients, and internally across DMS Trailer department's dedicated operations, and the wider localisation teams.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Confident and effective communicator with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver best in class customer service, ensuring that expectations of quality, efficiency and delivery are always met.
  • Takes ownership of and oversees the end-to-end localisation process working closely with our operational teams.
  • Scheduling work out to various internal departments, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
  • Updating internal project tracking and distribution software accurately.
  • Proactive in ensuring projects are on track and to clients spec/requirements.
  • Coordinate with local market contacts to successfully deliver localisation projects.
  • Knowledge/experience in localisation/post-production desirable
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, and eager to learn

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6pm, however candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be willing to work outside of these hours, based on business requirements.
