Duties
- Provide instruction and support to students in early childhood development.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure a smooth transition for children.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and approaches.
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
- High School diploma or equivalent
