Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team in Alliance, Ohio.

You are the first point of contact for visitors entering our new office building, responsible for creating a professional and inviting atmosphere.

Join our team to help us fulfill our vision: To challenge the possibilities of today by thinking differently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors
  • Assisting HR department with various tasks
  • Data entry
  • Assisting Accounting department with accounts payable and receivable documents
  • General office tasks as assigned
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person/department
  • Open and deliver mail
  • Receive shipments through our software
  • Order supplies

Education/Experience:

  • Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong people skills
  • Experience with accounts payable processing preferred
  • Associate degree in related field a plus
