Grade Laborer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grade Laborer to join our construction team. Grade Laborers play a crucial role in preparing construction sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for various building activities. This role involves manual labor, operating machinery, and working under the supervision of site managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites by removing debris, vegetation, and obstacles. Grade Laborers also level and compact the ground as necessary.
2. Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, graders, and compactors to complete grading tasks efficiently and safely.
3. Material Handling: Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to different areas of the job site, ensuring they are readily available for the construction team.
4. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
5. Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of tools and equipment.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other construction team members, including equipment operators, carpenters, and site managers, to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Qualifications:
