Electra Link is seeking a Structured Cabling Foreman to join our Austin team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and understand all project requirements, specifications, and scope of work to completely install a project as per the required documentation.
  • Implement and maintain all quality control and safety measures.
  • Must have excellent project planning skills to ensure proper material, labor, tools and resources are available and on-site for the project team in order to complete the project efficiently.
  • Must have excellent communication skills with team members, management, and the customer.
  • Responsible for all project documentation and closeout procedures, test results, as-built drawings and warranty submissions.
  • Ability to run multi-story building or campus project with a team of 6 or more members.
  • Attend all meetings for the project to obtain project coordination, scheduling, objectives and milestones.
  • Manage all aspects of the project to include personnel, material, and administration duties.
  • Must have excellent communication skills at all levels to include the Customer, Safety Manager, Project Manager, and all related project personnel.
  • Finalize all closeout documentation i.e., test results, as-built drawings, warranty submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in structured cabling, construction management or other related fields
  • BICSI certification preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
