Bookkeeper

Job Overview: You will be responsible for our firm's invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and recording info into QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Enter payments/payroll info into QuickBooks
• Enter Account Receivables and Payables to QuickBooks.
• Monthly and quarterly reports
• Update and track sales.
• Creating invoices and sending to clients.
• Reviewing all invoices to ensure they are accurate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business or Accounting.
• General understanding to bookkeeping tasks
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of excel.
• Focused, not easily distracted and strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
