The Human Resources Coordinator position is an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations. The HR Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our HR Manager with all things related to Ranew's past, present and future employees.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by assisting in orientation activities and providing onsite support during their onboarding to the organization.
  • Welcomes all guest and visitors to the facility and ensures they have filled the proper documentation and have all required safety gear provided before entry into the plant operations.
  • Supports Human Resources processes by administrating tests, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contracted staffing agencies.
  • Manage and maintain contract associate payroll, attendance, and accumulated hours.
  • Facilitate and coordinate contract associate assignments.
  • Assists with facility payroll, including error or correction as authorized.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Assists in maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status change data.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files and maintains security level and privacy on employee documentation privacy and retention policies.
  • Assists with scheduling meetings and interviews as requested.
  • Assists with employee benefit enrollments and provides documentation on benefit eligibly as applicable.
  • Answers telephones and relays messages to appropriate team members.
  • Supports with facilitating safety investigations, reporting and tracking.
  • Maintains office equipment, manages, and orders office supplies & facility supplies.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
  • Assists or prepares employee and facility correspondence and communications as requested.
  • Help organize and plan company and employee events and celebration to maintain facility employee engagement.
  • Processes mail as delivery to the facility.
