Parcel Sorter

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Parcel Sorter to join our team. The Parcel Sorter will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and preparing parcels for shipment and delivery. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sort parcels and packages according to delivery routes and destinations.
• Use scanning devices and software to track and label parcels accurately.
• Load and unload parcels from delivery trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area.
• Inspect parcels for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies during sorting and loading operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parcels up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and labeling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
