Join our team at Modern Litho as a Full-Time Baler Operator and be part of a company that values excellence, integrity, and forward-thinking. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your mechanical skills and contribute to our high-performance culture. Working onsite at Modern Litho - Headquarters, you'll enjoy a competitive pay starting at $16.00/hr. with a $2.00 night shift differential. Working hours are from 9:00pm - 7:00am, Monday through Thursday so you can enjoy a nice long weekend Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know before we set you lose on nights - training for the position is available during the day from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

What we're looking for in a Baler Operator

To excel as a Baler Operator at Modern Litho, candidates must possess essential skills such as mechanical experience to effectively operate the shredding machine and create recycling bales. A strong work ethic and consistent attendance record are vital to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals. Comfort working with heavy machinery is a must, as is being quality-minded with a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards in the recycling process. Additionally, taking reasonable care of company property and equipment is crucial to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
