  • Set up and operate power saws to cut and trim wooden pallets to specified dimensions, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing mandatory steel-toed shoes and avoiding loose clothing; work shirts will be provided.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Work in varying conditions such as heat, cold, and dust, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50-75 pounds repetitively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation and address any issues promptly.
  • Commit to quality and precision, ensuring all cuts meet specified dimensions and standards.
  • Be prepared to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
  • Maintain physical endurance for tasks that involve bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and dust.
  • Repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts.
  • Frequently required to sit, talk, hear, walk, and use hands for handling, feeling, and reaching.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye and ear protection at several locations, and safety shoes.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Must have good balance and eye-hand-foot coordination.
