Domain: FinanceJob Description Requirements:• Profound expertise in endpoint services leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM andother client management platforms.• Experience with JAMF• Proficiency in Azure and On-Premise servers' administration and maintenance.• Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10/11 Desktop and server operating systems.• Proficiency in Office 365, Networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.• Extensive experience in monitoring, managing, and resolving issues across systems, servers,and mobile devices.• Thorough knowledge of application and operating system deployment techniques, includingpatching tools.• Strong grasp of Virtualization, storage infrastructure, and security concepts.• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and proficient in managing MDM auto-enrolmentconfigurations and policies.• Advanced skills in automation using PowerShell scripting, Ansible and Jenkins to driveoperational efficiencies.• Ability to devise and implement automation strategies throughout the application packaginglife cycle.• Deep understanding of application packaging and deployment methodologies.• Excellent process management skills with a focus on the life cycle management of packagingand deployment processes.• Active participation in software testing and deployment activities across various platforms.• Proficiency in Wintel technologies encompassing DFS, Storage management, Networkingprotocols, and AD.• Sound knowledge of SQL, WQL, WMI, PowerShell, and VB Scripting.• Strong documentation skills to articulate deployment and packaging procedures along withadministrative processes.• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.• Subject Matter Expertise in Application Packaging, Virtualization, and ApplicationsAssessment technologies.• Proficiency in MSI packaging using tools like Flexera Admin Studio and App DeploymentToolkit.• Leadership in driving automation initiatives while ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.• Hands-on experience in packaging applications for cloud-based deployment models such asAzure and AWS.• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks.• Experience in application compatibility testing and remediation.• Understanding of software asset management principles and license compliancerequirements.Legacy Technologies:• Traditional Setup.exe Installers• Self-Extracting Archives (SFX)• Batch Scripting• Snapshot Packaging• Manual Repackaging• Zipped Applications• Custom Install Scripts• Manual Registry/Configuration ChangesPrimary Responsibilities:• Architecting packaging workflows and processes to optimize the packaging lifecycle.• Collaborating closely with software vendors to decipher packaging requirements and ensurecompatibility.• Packaging and validating applications using industry-standard packaging tools.• Customizing package configurations to align with specific business requirements and securitystandards.• Troubleshooting and resolving packaging-related issues encountered during testing anddeployment phases.• Integrating packaged applications seamlessly into software distribution systems anddeployment frameworks.• Devising deployment strategies for large-scale application rollouts and upgrades.• Conducting rigorous quality assurance checks on packaged applications to ensurefunctionality and reliability.• Conducting comprehensive compatibility testing with various operating systems andsoftware components.• Documenting packaging processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for futurereference and knowledge dissemination.SCCM-Specific Responsibilities:• Overseeing SCCM Infrastructure Management• Managing Software Deployment and Packaging• Implementing Patch Management strategies• Orchestrating Operating System Deployment procedures• Ensuring Endpoint Configuration and Compliance• Generating Reports and Monitoring performance metrics• Documenting all processes and activitiesIntune-Specific Responsibilities:• Configuring and Deploying Intune solutions• Enrolling and Provisioning Devices• Managing Application Lifecycle in Intune• Enforcing Conditional Access and Security Policies• Overseeing Endpoint Security Management• Ensuring Policy Compliance and Reporting• Developing Documentation and Training MaterialsCitrix and VDI Responsibilities:• Managing Citrix Infrastructure• Overseeing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as well as VDA• Configuring and Managing Endpoints• Implementing Linux Endpoint Management strategies• Orchestrating Automation and Orchestration processes• Monitoring and Optimizing Performance MetricsCertifications Required:• Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or equivalent• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate / Flexera CertifiedAdminStudio Administrator
