F45 Training is the fastest growing fitness network, globally. With over 1,750 studios currently open with many more on the horizon, F45 is changing the game of personal training and group fitness.
F45 Hoboken is looking for ambitious, energetic, knowledgeable, hard-working, and dedicated fitness professionals to deliver the F45 experience to our members.
Position Requirements:
- Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions
- Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly personal & studio goals
- Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands on training and attention during class time, performing exercises effectively and safely, while keeping them motivated and encouraged throughout the class
- Successfully capable to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
- Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic, and fun fitness studio
- Must have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to connect with members daily and thrive in changing lives
- Confident, motivational, and outgoing
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
- Current certification from an accredited fitness program (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR/AED Certification (required)
- 1+ years of personal training and/or group fitness experience (preferred)
