The position:

Shipping & Receiving Attendant (Material Handler) for 1st shift. Provide material handling support for our Shipping & Receiving Department utilizing a forklift. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm but may vary due to business needs. Must be available for overtime including occasional Saturdays and during peak production times.

Job duties:

-Work independently to fulfill job duties

-Operate a forklift

-Move required materials to work centers

-Load and unload trucks

-Perform clerical functions such as basic data entry, and excel

-Create bill of ladings when required

-Operate forklift to store fixtures in appropriate locations

-Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area

-Perform all other duties as assigned or needed


The Right Person/What We need from you:

-Previous material handling experience required

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Ability to read & write English

-Forklift certification required

-Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent

-Basic computer skills a plus
