We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for numbers.


Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Prepare and process invoices

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Perform other accounting duties as assigned



Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
