As an Assembly Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. The primary responsibilities include operating winding machines, hand winding products, and performing part assembly functions. The goal is to achieve production and quality standards efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Complete assigned steps in the assembly of electro-mechanical products.
Follow procedures outlined by the Supervisor and on an iPad.
Conduct self-review of work to ensure consistency and quality results.
Meet production output and quality targets.
Maintain frequent communication on job progress.
Execute tasks in alignment with the Quality Management System.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience
Reading design drawings
Electro-mechanical experience
Solder Certified
Ability to work well with hands and tools.
Basic understanding of assembly processes.
Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
