Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiency and improving patient care. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing complex data sets related to key performance indicators, supply management, scheduling, productivity, and utilization, among other metrics. This is an IN OFFICE position, not remote. Must be able to perform job duties at our North Canton, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in decision-making processes.
- Manage and optimize supply chain logistics and scheduling for improved operational efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and utilization metrics to identify trends, forecast needs, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support for project management and strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to shareholders and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all data management and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the health care sector. Experience in home health or health care field is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in data analytics software and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with work management platforms such as Monday.com is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data cleaning, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
