Job Description:

JRT Mechanical is hiring a Project Manager for it's fast growing HVAC Service Division. The right candidate will have great communication and interpersonal skills. This position also requires someone who is self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. In this role, time management and organizational skills are a necessity. If you are looking for a great team to be a part, this may be just the place for you. Our growing HVAC Service Department manages a variety of large new projects and retrofits. We work in strictly commercial and industrial environments and manage a large variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates manpower, procures material and equipment and manages the overall project
  • Collaborate with the Estimating team on the Project Scope
  • Communicate with the Foreman and Service Techs to ensure the project budgets are being met
  • Maintain project schedules
  • Create and manage project budgets and billings
  • Forecasts overall project costs with JRT's finance team

Required Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Exposure to Bluebeam a plus
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities to other team members
  • Knowledgeable with HVAC Systems, Equipment and Materials
