As the Director of Sales at CodeHunter, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success by developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with channel partners. Our mission is to help businesses stay ahead of cyber threats by providing them with powerful tools and insights to detect and prevent malware attacks. With our state-of-the-art technology and dedicated team of experts, we are rapidly becoming a leader in the cybersecurity industry.

Base salary is 140,000 to 175,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow CodeHunter's customer base and revenue
  • Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and develop marketing plans and pricing strategies
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team that is focused on achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate sales professionals to achieve their targets
  • Develop and manage channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to ensure mutual success
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team
  • Analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates on sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Experience developing and managing channel partners
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel as required
