Universal Banker

We currently have an opening for a Full-time Universal Banker to join our team in our Hartford, WI location. If you thrive in a past paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Universal Banker you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. Your focus will be on creating and nurturing relationships with our customers and offering sound banking advice to help solve financial challenges.

What are the essential duties of a Universal Banker?

• Accurately process banking transactions (teller role),
• Help acquire new banking relationships and open new accounts,
• Retain and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering customer financial solutions,
• Promote and sell products and services (no quotas),
• Provide account servicing and maintenance,
• Help educate customers on digital bank solutions that can make their lives safer, easier, and better, and
• Refer customers to internal business partners (business bankers, lenders, and investment service)

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma
• A positive and customer focused attitude
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to proficiently perform a wide variety of tasks with a strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills using Word, the internet, email, the ability to navigate in a Windows environment, basic keyboarding skills
• Ability to have a high level of confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative team player
• Dependable, ability to work as scheduled
• You must be able to pass a credit report check and criminal background check

Ability to work as scheduled between the hours of:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm,

Friday 8:00 am - 5:45 pm and

TWO Saturdays per month from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm.

* When scheduled a Saturday, we work to schedule you a full day off during the week.

You will average 37.5 - 40 hours per week.
