Tarla Grill in Napa, CA is looking for one admin assistant/Hostess to join our 45 person strong team. Huge opportunity to learn about group sales and events, Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*telephone calls *presentations, and marketing materials *Maintain an organized filing system *Conduct internet research *Send invoices to bookkeeper *Create email and postal mail campaigns *Do events sales *Assist with large group bookings *Assist management with employee files *Coordinate events * Work as hostess at the restaurant

Qualifications

*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and marketing
