We are currently seeking an entry level Maintenance Tech I.

This position will be responsible for general maintenance of residential buildings that would involve but not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs faucets, and tub/shower valves.
  • Light electrical work such as bulb replacements, switch replacements, and receptacle replacements.
  • Flooring work such as carpet tile replacements.
  • Strong trouble shootings skills are required.
  • The candidate must have computer knowledge to accept work orders electronically on an iPad or smartphone.
  • The candidate must have good general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance of residential buildings.
