Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of Maü Miami.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, opening doors and assisting with luggage or other belongings as needed.
• Maintain control of the entryway, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control during peak hours or special events to maintain a pleasant and safe environment.
• Provide directions and information about Maü Miami, including restaurant reservations, event schedules, and nearby attractions.
• Collaborate with valet parking attendants to facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with special needs or requests, including arranging transportation or accommodations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Keep the entryway area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Adhere to Maü Miami's dress code and grooming standards, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
