We're in search of an ICU Nurse to join our team, dedicated to providing top-notch, compassionate care in our ICU department. As an ICU Nurse, you'll assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and offer unwavering support throughout their recovery. Your role directly impacts patients' well-being by ensuring they receive tailored medical attention.

Responsibilities:

- Provide regular updates to doctors, patients, and families.

- Initiate treatment and monitor dosage levels.

- Act swiftly in medical emergencies and communicate effectively with doctors.

- Attend to patient needs throughout their ICU recovery.

- Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork for patient transfers.

- Maintain accurate patient records.

- Develop and execute effective care plans.

Requirements:

- Proven ICU nursing experience or equivalent.

- Proficiency in health information systems and technology.

- Availability for 12-hour day and night shifts.

- Exceptional empathy and communication skills.

- Relevant ICU nursing training and certifications.

- State of Arizona nursing license.
