Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will provide diligent support to the administrative and financial departments to our organization so that we can uphold our standards of excellence across the spectrum of our hospitals, clinics and offices. You will help us to ensure prompt processing and accurate payment of invoices, taking care so that proper policies and procedures are followed so that the organization’s accounts are organized and up-to-date. We are looking for someone competent and accurate, with strong attention to detail, willingness to work with others in a team-oriented atmosphere, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care.
Pay rate: $18
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full Time – Temp to Hire
Location: Honolulu, HI
Parking: Not available – paid options availableDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Tracks revenue and expenditures
  • Relays necessary financial reports and book-entering
  • Maintains ledgers
  • Processes and records revenues and prepares general purpose financial statements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of accounts payable experience in a high volume A/P system processing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Formal course work in Accounting, Degree in Accounting
  • One (1) year of accounts payable experience in health care
