BCGL LLC, a general practice law firm, specializing in the needs of mid-sized closely held businesses, lending institutions and families, has immediate openings for associates with one to six plus years’ experience in its Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. Areas of practice for these partnership track positions include employment law, mergers & acquisitions, complex financing transactions for lenders and borrowers, trusts and estates, succession planning, litigation, and commercial real estate transactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  A strong desire to learn and the ability to work collaboratively is necessary as is the willingness to become integrated into a dynamic business community. Strong academic record required. Salary range $120,000 to $220,000 depending upon experience. Bonus opportunities available.
