Job DescriptionJob Description• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of facility, grounds, equipment and vehicles
• Set-up and break down for outdoor events
• Work with the Office Manager in coordinating the facilities day-to-day security
• Accurately process payments for janitorial, building, and grounds expenditures
• Coordinate the relocation of goods and furniture
• Participate as needed in special projects as assigned• Coordinate as needed in providing transportation for agency-related business such as driving staff, beneficiaries or families to agency approved functions
• Support the security system administration: troubleshooting issues, contacting vendors for maintenance/repairs, program new staff into security alarm system, provides on-call support to respond to security alarms
(Starting Pay Rate = $45,000/yr)
