Shuttle Driver Loyalty Toyota We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our Loyalty Toyota Service Department team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing transportation solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: Safely transport customers to and from our service department in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance, making the customer's experience enjoyable. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding transportation needs. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
