Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wrike Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing clients' Wrike accounts, ensuring they runs smoothly and efficiently to support collaborative efforts across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Wrike account settings, including work schedules, custom fields, and user groups.
  • Manage user permissions and license types, ensuring everyone has the access they need.
  • Onboard new team members by setting up their Wrike profiles and providing training.
  • Offboard departing team members by deactivating accounts and managing data security.
  • Analyze team workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Wrike.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Wrike usage across the organization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Wrike features and updates, recommending and implementing those that benefit the team.
  • Troubleshoot basic Wrike user issues and answer questions regarding functionality.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any complex technical problems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Wrike ( Wrike Certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Proficiency in using web-based applications and software.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently.
