We are actively seeking a qualified individual for the position of OMHC Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role offers a flexible work arrangement, providing a balance between in-office and remote responsibilities. Candidates must hold either an LCPC or LCSW-C credential.



Requirements:

  • LCPC or LCSW-C certification
  • Proven experience in mental health program management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • 3 years or more of supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience in behavioral health assessments, treatment/discharge planning, and evaluation of outcome-based system measures
  • Extensive knowledge of the public behavioral health system
  • Professional communication and collaboration skills and relationships across disciplines, settings, and situations
  • Responsiveness & initiative to facilitate system integration and expansion efforts
  • Experience with independently taking new tasks and responsibilities in a proactive way
  • Able to make productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skills, and good work habits
  • Knowledgeable of how to access treatment and/or services
  • Experience in cultivating supportive relationships and community networking skills
  • Ability to interact in a virtual environment
  • Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in public speaking and presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective computer skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the OMHC program
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with mental health regulations and standards
  • Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes client well-being
  • Collaborate with staff to deliver quality mental health services


Compensation: Negotiable
