We are a PPO/fee-for-service, state-of-the-art office seeking an individual who is dedicated and committed to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering busy phones, scheduling, patient recare scheduling, treatment coordinating/planning, familiarity with insurance benefits, excellent communication skills, and a positive team-player attitude. Dental experience is preferred or must possess the ability to learn at a very fast pace. We value superior technical skills but focus on warmth, caring, and expert communication with our patients and other team members.
