Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist at BACR, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive and inclusive environment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care

Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload of up to 15 -18 clients per week with a billable expectation of up to 4.5 hours per day
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide trauma-informed counseling to clients of all ages
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
