Tree of Life Products is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in our operations by ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials within our facility. You will be responsible for handling and managing materials safely, accurately, and efficiently to support our production and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to orders.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by recording material movements in our system.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to meet daily goals.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
