This is a customer Service position for the Service Department.

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12pm

Pay range $14-$16

Holiday/vacation after one year.

Insurance is offered after 60 days.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • answering phone calls
  • greeting customers
  • making service appointments
  • email customers about appointments or general information
  • learning the knowledge of how products work
  • answer questions about the products purchased from DT McCalls
  • help with customers who walk in to purchase parts or pick up/drop off appliances

Qualifications:

  • basic computer skills - required
  • Quick Books (used daily) - preferred
  • Service Fusion (used daily) - preferred
  • Communications Skills - required
