Groundskeeper

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities/Skills/Duties:
- Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
- Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
- Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
- Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
- Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
- Abide by OSHA standards
- Additional duties as assigned
- Ability to light manual labor and duties included above
- Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance, talk and hear. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up o 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
