As a Guest Service Representative, you'll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and genuine to desire to assist customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Driven to achieve essential goals and company metrics
  • Previous customer service/sales experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot various online platforms and tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OTA/Channel Distribution bookings on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO
  • High school diploma or equivalent
